Jerry was born in Eastern Washington and was raised in the family business, Inland Desert, with orchards, vineyards and a grape vine nursery. Then he went to Washington State University and specialized in Horticulture, Food Science and Business.

The idea behind Sphere was to leverage both Jerry's agricultural background and the professional experience he gained working in Food Processing after college. That positions Sphere to serve both suppliers who need to find a market and buyers who need to find a specific product or source.

Jerry's like the router in a big network of food producers and processors; he helps make communications, business and logistics clean, simple and seamless.

Blaine began his career in the construction industry as a quality control inspector and worked his way up to project manager, overseeing the installation of fire suppression systems in federal buildings across the U.S. After returning to Eastern Washington, he and his wife founded a company specializing in light commercial and residential construction.

In 2008, Blaine transitioned into agriculture, gaining hands-on experience in cherry and grape cultivation, and managing key operational programs. Later, he shifted to the all-natural food colorant and fruit juice industry, leveraging his agricultural expertise to develop sustainable, high-quality products that meet the growing demand for natural food options.

Samantha joins the Sphere International team, heading up the South African branch. Previously Samantha was part of a team at SNV Distributors who imported, sold and distributed a variety of health products to the retail market. She was head of sales and client services. She studied and completed a 3 year Diploma in Nutrition from the College of Natural Medicine in 2009 in London whilst working at PineBridge Investments in London as part of their sales and marketing team for over 5 years. An avid lover of wine and all things natural, with her background in sales and client service, she’s a great addition to the team.

Tim Casper leads the Sphere Foods Division in Australia and New Zealand. Tim comes to us with a wealth of business management knowledge, a numerous business and technology related college degrees and track record of success in a number of his own enterprises both in Australia and elsewhere.

Currently a sales executive at Sphere International, she is passionate about cultivating enduring business relationships. Gillian takes a genuine interest in her clients' products and is enthusiastic about how Sphere International can support their growth and innovation. Patrick is a marketing and a communication specialist, dedicated to sales and growth.

He began his career as a journalist for major TV channels in France like France Televisions and Canal +. He was also a producer for indépendant production in the US.

After a few years in the media industry, he had the opportunity to join the BNP Paribas Group and quickly became the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer and member of the executive board of LaSer, 50/50 subsidiary with Galeries Lafayette Group dedicated to services for retailers and customers. In this company, he implemented the global Marketing & Communication strategy (16 companies worlwide for a 2Billions Euros global revenue and 10k people).

After being successful at LaSer, he decided to challenge himself in creating his own marketing & communication company. He is still looking for new challenges and is now focus, as an active partner, on helping Sphere to get to the next level in marketing & communication and growth in Europe.

As a consultant to Sphere International’s sales team, Laurent brings over 16 years of experience in financial markets across Europe and South Africa. He began his career at JPMorgan in London, where he worked in the Equity Capital Markets team, and most recently served as Chief Investment Officer for a major financial advisory firm in Cape Town, managing clients’ assets. Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from a French Grande École and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2011. In his role, he not only supports the sales team but also plays a key part in driving Sphere International's overall growth.
